Don’t waste your &:()/@&;) money

We have purchased the yeti tumblers, and 2 of the 1L waterbottles. We love the look of them but they really aren’t worth the price and I’d recommend going with something cheaper and sturdier like the manna brand from Canadian tire. We had the water bottles for maybe 2 months, and 1 fell off a short table and broke. After contacting yeti, they refused to replace it. We have had manna water bottles and to go cups last years and years at a fraction of the price. Do better.

Terrible shipping

I got a message on 8/31 that my order shipped. 2 weeks later the order is still awaiting carrier pick up!
Customer Service (???) says it will be at least 2 more days until it is picked up!
Is someone there walking the order to UPS??

It really does keep drinks cold

Purchased a 36oz bottle with a chug cap for cold water drinks.

It's brilliant, during the heatwave a few weeks ago it kept the contents cold for many hours.

Bottle is sturdy and the finish is very good.

Delivery was free, (used a code/coupon,) and reasonably quick.

Liked it so much, have just purchased an 18 oz (532 ml) bottle this week for use whilst in the gym.

Ordered 8 days ago with 1 response tracking number is invalid no package to be found they dont email back i put a dispute through paypal a complaint to office of fair trading Victoria fathers day is ruined. Don't ever buy offline through the company

Worst service EVER!! Do NOT support this shady business.

Worst service EVER!!! Placed a custom order. Was sent an email when it “shipped”. Five days later when the package had not been picked up by the carrier I reached out to Yeti. I was given the run around for days (I am assuming while they remade my order). Another two days later they explained I could not cancel my order because it was custom and now on the way. Lol. They stated I needed to wait until 8/25 to receive my item. Now the shipping has been updated again to show I cannot expect it until the 26th. Called and given the run around without so much as Yeti taking any accountability for their failure to meet their own mark. Apparently once you place a custom order they feel they can do whatever they want and the customer just has to accept this!! I cannot believe the BBB has not done something about this company yet. I can see I am not alone in my horrible experience.

Ordered 7 custom engraved cups

Ordered 7 custom engraved cups. Given an ETA that was a good 3 weeks before I needed them, only to be told AFTER the ETA that they gave me had lapsed that there is now an unexpected delay and they will be in touch in 2 more weeks. Seriously? Of course, these cups are useless to me now because the event they were customized for will be over...oh, and custom items are non-refundable. Nice scam, Yeti.

Customer service needs work- such a good product not backed up by support.

Still having issues with customer support— for the last 4 hours I have been put on hold until the line disconnects and Al have to start over again. Last time ( 5th time) I even asked her to make sure she had the number in case we got disconnected. I heard kids in the background so I’m guessing she was working from home. But still. Disconnected and no call back
